RETURN POLICY

We encourage our customer to understand return and refund policy before making any purchase in our website. Kindly check your item(s) within 3 days after products received. We are happy to assist if you are eligible to our return policy and please be informed that customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Returning an item is at your own risk, if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us, the damaged item is no longer eligible for a refund.

Our team will process return policy if you are eligible to following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 10 days, starting from the day you received the item.
  • Item(s) must have proof of purchased from jovialplace (such as order number, invoice or receipt).
  • Item(s) received has manufacturing defect that affect product functionality.
  • Item(s) must be returned to us undamaged, unwashed, and unused.
  • Item(s) must be returned in the original selling condition and include the original product packaging.

Item become non-returnable if any of the follows occurred:

  • Item (s) return exceed 10 days starting from the day you received the item.
  • Item(s) has no defect or minor imperfections that are not affecting cooking experience or product functionality.
  • Item(s) not meet your requirement such as change of interest on product selection, color and size.
  • Item(s) has been used and incomplete original product packaging.

REFDUND POLICY

If your return item has meet all the requirements, please allow 3-5 business days for our team to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, or failed you will be notified. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process back to your account. As for return item, delivery arrangement will be made and delivery cost will be under customer responsibility. Please be informed once deposit/order has been made, no cancellation is allowed.
